Specializing in Data Virtualization, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics and is a recognized expert in the design, implementation and delivery of bespoke Business Intelligence and Analytics systems utilizing various technologies to a large number of major international companies in over 16 years in the field. Holding memberships of the British Computer Society, Institute of Analysts and Programmers and certification from Microsoft, Novel and Targit. Peter regularly contributes to the Database Journal and online forums and tweet chats in the areas of Analytics and Business Intelligence and Data Virtualization. Areas of expertise cover SQL Server (all versions), SSIS, SSRS, SSAS. Targit Business Intelligence Software. Microsoft Access (all versions), Sybase 11 and 12, ASP.Net, ASP 3.0, VB.Net, Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Basic for Applications, Hadoop, Kitenga Analytics, Toad BI Suite. Experience of financial software systems including Summit, Bloomberg and Martini including API development and connection to Excel. Porting of data to various applications using Business Objects.
