Summary:
For the past couple of years Kognitio has been focusing its efforts on product development and at the beginning of June announced its new software release “Kognitio on Hadoop” together with a completely new business model. This presentation will provide details on how this release provides ultra-fast, high concurrency SQL, natively on Hadoop. Kognitio on Hadoop allows business users to interactively interact with Hadoop based data, at scale, using their preferred visualization tools.

Roger Gaskell – CTO
Roger is Kognitio’s CTO. He started at White Cross Systems, the predecessor to Kognitio, as employee number two. He has overall responsibility for all product development and has been instrumental in all generations of the Kognitio Analytical Platform.
