ZENOPTICS has its heritage from a 10+ year old BI consulting organization ZEDventures, , who, with a few of their customers including eBay and International Gaming Technologies, solved a persistent challenge presented by the new silos of information being created by BI & A tools. Finding a convenient way to source new data and present cross-vendor visualizations and dashboards while maintaining data integrity and governance was becoming a recurring challenge to diversified organizations who tended to buy products on a departmental level.
ZENOPTICS came to the market in 2017 to solve this decentralization and siloed problem of pervasive data, pervasive tools and a profitable business to run. ZENOPTICS goal is to ensure all data enthusiasts have a seat at the table and can benefit from sharing and collaborating across teams to run a highly profitable business.
