In this session, we will explore how to analyze the “other dimensions of big data”, including high dimensional data sets (10,000’s of variables) to gain critical insights about your customers. We will demonstrate how KXEN is used in some of the largest B2C companies worldwide as well as KXEN’s latest cloud-based application “Predictive Offers”, which was recently named one of the Top 10 Distinguished Apps on salesforce.com’s AppExchange.

Prior to joining KXEN, John was VP & General Manager, Analytics and Reporting Products at Salesforce.com; Founder and CEO of Netonomy, the leading provider of customer self-service solutions for the telecommunications industry; and held a number of executive roles at Business Objects, including General Manager, Web Products.
Andrew Savitz – VP, Worldwide Marketing
Andrew brings to KXEN more than 15 years of experience in the enterprise software business. He joins KXEN from salesforce.com where he led marketing efforts for the Service Cloud; worked at leading enterprise software vendors such as PeopleSoft and webMethods; and was a consultant with Accenture, during which time he was a key contributor in the company’s first Siebel CRM implementation and helped launch their CRM solutions practice.
Marco Casalaina – VP, Product Management
Marco joins KXEN from salesforce.com, where he led product management efforts for the Service Cloud, the company’s customer service and support solution and its second-largest and fastest-growing product. Prior to joining salesforce.com, Marco worked at Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Calico Commerce.
