Philip Howard: Research Director of Bloor Research, where he heads up the Information Management group. Having joined the company in 1992, Philip has recently celebrated (if that’s the right word!) his 21st anniversary with Bloor Research. Prior to becoming an industry analyst Philip worked with a number of companies in the IT sector, including NCR, GEC and Raytheon in a variety of capacities ranging from systems analyst and developer through sales to product management and marketing.
